Channel Point Hospitality is a division of Aimbridge Hospitality, one of the largest independent management companies in the United States. Aimbridge recognized the need to create a dedicated team to focus exclusively on providing award-winning hotel management to individual investors and capital partners with ownership in limited and select-service properties throughout the United States, and Channel Point was born.

Channel Point leadership understands the uniqueness of this asset class and the operational requirements of smaller lodging properties with limited services and amenities. However, we don’t limit our expectations when it comes to service in our hotels or enhancing profitability. Our Channel Point team has been successfully managing assets ranging from economy through upper midscale hotels in primary, secondary and tertiary markets for more than three decades. Our experience is both deep and wide, enabling us to quickly recognize and analyze key factors affecting asset performance and adjust to changing market dynamics to generate greater profit margins.
