Design & Construction Team
Accurate TDC has been successfully working with a reputable construction firm on its current hotels.
It will be important to research and/or consider additional construction companies with the proper workload capacity, pricing structure, and strong relationships with subcontractors in the local market before signing construction contracts. In each case, the bonding capacity of the contractor is critical to protecting the company, bank, and investors.
Mr. Cave has worked with many contractors over the years and understands the nature of the market. Selecting a contractor for each project will evaluate these factors, leveraging experience and established relationships.
For planning, architectural design and civil engineering design, Accurate TDC will use its in- house civil department to coordinate the design efforts for the projects. David Carpenter, PE, is a professional engineer with 20 years of design experience for real estate development and coordinated the design of our current projects.
Hiring trustworthy architects local to the project is key for success as their experience working with local governments and building departments will ensure predictability of performance and a seamless transition to construction and operability.
Other local consultants such as geotechnical engineering and land surveying services are an important part of the quality control for the projects, rounding out an integrated design and construction team for maximum efficiency.
